I went there to get an estimate for a transmission problem and it was given an absolutely cost prohibitive pie in the sky estimate of over $6,000, which is nothing short of predatory while at the same time being given the hard sell by the sales team who magically join the conversation with no input for me trying to coerce me to buy a new car and offering me $400 for my 2019 charger, which even for parts is absolutely absurd. Not the best , honestly hoped for a better experience, but average! I've never bought a car that's been in the shop almost 7 !'times in 2.5 months! Some of these issues should've been fixed before I bought it . However I would like to thank Gio the service mgr for taking care of this issue, hopefully ?? this will be resolved!!

I bought both of my last two vehicles there. When my transmission went out while I was out of town, I took it to a Chrysler dealership who replaced it with the remanufactured Chrysler transmission warrantied for 3 years 75,000 miles. Within weeks, it leaked out transmission fluid and I had it towed to you. I was told they didn't know if the tow would be covered or not depending on what was wrong. I came in with an issue with my rain sensor wipers on my Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Turns out that it was a setting that I was not aware of. Sean Carr was the service writer and he had a tech show me a lot of things I was not shown by the selling dealership in Lakeland FL. I would like to thank both, Sean and the service technician who was so patient and knowledgeable about my vehicle. The amount of information I received gives me great confidence for any future maintenance or repairs I may need in the future.

Mount based a 2026 Ram 1500 and had a breakdown due to coolant leak and called Huston and they took my car in, waited for me to arrive just after closing and worked on it first thing the next day. Had my truck back in 2 days and they did a great Job! Best service department ever. Thank you to Ben and the rest of the service team!

This dealer has very bad customer service and customer communication! My warranty has expired recently and I will never set foot back in this dealer!! Buyer be ware the service dept will keep your vehicle all day and then tell you they can’t do your warrant work because it’s “dirty” then charge you 200 bucks for a “diagnosis fee” when they did nothing for you.

I feel like the shop fees make it seem like a scam, and when I ask for a quote for something that means I want the total price. Not a made up price with extra fees added on. The manager did reduce this for me which was good, but I'm just not a fan of these added fees

Repair was for front axle bearing. Part was not in stock. Had to order and was supposed to be in on Monday. Got call and was scheduled for Wednesday morning. was supposed to be a 2 hour repair. Finally got truck back after 4 PM. Also diagnosis fee was not considered when paying for the repair. Poor and unbelievable communications is what rated this as LOW

The service area was very clean and organized. The work that was completed was top notch. However I had an appointment at 9:45 and didn't leave 12:30. It was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It seems that they overbooked clients for the day.
Met by the service advisor up on arrival, ; spoke briefly, was advised how long it would take and escorted to the customer lounge.
Avoid this service department at all costs. Go to J&J on Main Street or literally anywhere else.
On February 26th, I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 (122k miles, meticulously maintained) to Huston after a local shop (J&J) diagnosed a ticking noise as a failing lifter in Cylinder 5. I specifically told the Huston service advisors that the Cylinder 5 lifter needed replacement.

After a rocky start I would say it was good I had several service issues that I had to hurdle, that were eventually fixed at no cost to me , so I really thank the service Department Manager and Arturo for taking care of it!

They could not detect that my vehicle smells like antifreeze. The service department could care less about the customer as well as the service manager can’t even return calls.
I drove 4 hours to register dealership because it was the only dealership I was able to locate that could order the Traiker Tow Module recall parts. They were able to obtain tge parts within 7 days, notified me they had the parts, and completed the installation in a few hours. Every dealership in Jacksonville was not able to provide any support to accomplish the recall. The Avon Park (Hustons) was great.

The staff is friendly. Issue was they didn’t have my appointment listed as the gal who checked me in said the system had been wonky. Then for the second time in a row, they didn’t give not put a sticker in the front window for the details of my next oil change.

Not a good experience at all. Diagnosed bad manifolds, and e-tourque and said it wasn’t covered under warranty. Not only are those items still covered but 2 dealers have confirmed there are no issues with those items. Also was threatened to have a lean put on my vehicle because I didn’t feel right paying the diagnosis fee. Also tried to resolve the matter by slamming me up side down big time into a new truck trade.

The whole entire staff is amazing and friendly. Sean is conscientious and diligent. I tend to have trust issues when it comes to services at a dealership, but he never once dismissed my concerns. He provided consistent updates throughout the entire process and, despite having a steady rotation of customers, I never felt overlooked or forgotten.

Sent the driver back to pick me up. Price was lower than the quote. Everyone is so pleasant and respectful. Will use them again when needed.

Arturo Chavez is very good. I have used him in the past. Check in process was great. Time of repair was very fast. As usual the cost of repair is always a shock. However the service writer and ease of doing business helps mitigate the stress.

Good. In the future, don't charge a diagnostic fee when I don't need diagnostics. I told them what was wrong, and ultimately, that was the problem. I shouldn't have to pay for a service I did not need or asked for.
