Both the company and Madeline including the mechanics gave me a fair appraisal of the problems that I had with a recently bought Chrysler Sebring from a dealer in Haines City, Polk County. The results of the Huston checks on the car. I have decided that the Polk County Dealership were negligent in not telling me that the car was a Rebuilt.

Huston CDJR has great associates, and a high demand due to the service area and availability of competitive auto care for Dodge vehicles in particular and presumable fleet management activities as well. Madeline whom I usually work with is professional, prompt and courteous - with a careful hand when managing vehicles. Only complaint is Client Services workforce may need more staff but it does now appear to be managed effectively at the moment up from around a Yr ago. Your staff always tells me if something else is a concern, like this time I also got a cabin filter ,she showed me the old one . You're staff is very polite . I dealt with the service department manager, Susie. She was very professional and pleasant to work with. So far, the repairs seem to have solved my engine problem. My dealing with Endurance Extended Warranty was maddening. Susie went to bat for me but experienced the same claim denial I did, even after jumping through hoops and providing the requested maintenance documents. As a snowbird for five months a year, I will return to Huston for future needs.

The people that I dealt with were very professional, communicating clearly, and courteously with a recommendation that showed me that their concern was not about making money, but about a common sense approach to vehicle maintenance. I left Houston assuming the technician also removed the screw that was embedded in the tire tread but not thru the wall of the tire. Thank you Houston!

During an unscheduled visit due to an underbody panel noticed to be loose, Arturo had a technician to quickly inspect my vehicle, which required the installation of missing fasteners. They were taken care and without charge. Excellent service!

Although Maddy’s communication was professional, I was very disappointed with the loaner service. I was informed that I needed to return the loaner with the same amount of gas it had when it was provided to me. However, the loaner was given to me with an empty tank. Over the six days I used the vehicle, I had to fill it with gas to commute, leaving it with half a tank at the time of return. When I asked if I could be reimbursed for the gas, since I obviously couldn’t take it back out, I was told ...

Great people, Madeline is professional and prompt as are the Tech Pros; clearly understaffed however. It’s hard to get an appt, and it seems hand to mouth at times and slow others; so I assume this is a workforce ratio challenge in one or more areas. Maybe consider cutting or hybridizing sales, my sales team for example installs my software and conducts training.
